What payment methods can I use?

We only accept PayPal. Once you place an order, an email bill will be sent to you. You'll only have to follow the few secure steps to purchase your custom shoes. PayPal is a very easy, effective widely used online payment method.

When can I expect to have my shoes ready?

We will need between 2 and 4 weeks to finish your shoes. The shipping time will vary on your location.

Will your shoes withstaind rainy weather?

All the shoes have a coat of water repellent when purshased. Note that these shoes are not regular shoes and you must take care of them. If handle properly, they will not crack or peal. You must understand that our shoes are .. shoes! You wear them on the part of your body you put through the worst kind of treatment. If you wear your custom shoe everyday in mud and rain, chances are they won't last you very long. Love your shoes, show them to the world and take care of them!

You can clean them with a gentle cloth and a bit of water. You can coat them with an additional coat of water repellent every month or so.

Do you have a return policy?

Since every shoe is designed on request as asked by the customer, all sales are final.

When will I pay?

You will receive a PayPal bill after you order. I need the money to buy your shoes. One the PayPal transfert is done, I can start your custom order.

Can I send you an item for customisation?

Of course, but you'll have to consider the shipping cost to send us the item and the time it will take for the item to get to us, beign customised and sent back.

Do you do other stuff than shoes?

We're open to request. If you have an idea, contact us and we will see if we can reply to your request.
We can also take request for custom skin on game console accessories, anything made out of canvas, caps, hats, baby shoes, etc..
